A 6-week program designed to strengthen your relationship.

Started 28 Oct
$240/Couple/Session
Suite 2, 83 Mill Point Road, South Perth WA 6151

Service Description

If you and your partner are finding it hard to communicate, feeling stuck in old cycles, or just want to strengthen your connection, our Rel8table 4 Couples group program may be just what you need. It is a six-week, skills-based group designed to help couples improve communication, manage conflict, and deepen their connection. What makes this group unique is how we bring together three evidence-based approaches: 1. The Gottman Method. Practical tools to reduce conflict, strengthen friendship, and build lasting connection. 2. DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy). To support emotional regulation and help partners navigate difficult conversations calmly. 3. CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy). To improve assertive communication and challenge unhelpful thinking patterns that can fuel misunderstandings. 📅 Sessions run on Tuesdays for 1.5 hours, starting on 28 October until 2 December. Location: Suite 2, 83 Mill Point Road, South Perth. Whether you want to break free from old patterns or invest in building a stronger relationship, Rel8table 4 Couples is here to support you. Facilitated by Dr Joseph Fleming, a highly experienced counsellor and therapist, as well as an Accredited and Registered Mental Health Clinical Social Worker. He brings a calm, compassionate, and grounded approach to his work, helping clients navigate a range of challenges. 👉 Spots are limited, so register now via our website or contact Calder Psychology to secure your place. To secure your spot, full payment for the 6-week program is required at the time of registration.
