A Little More About Me

I believe that healing occurs through connection, understanding, and self-compassion. I am passionate about supporting people through life’s challenges and helping them develop a deeper understanding of themselves, their experiences, and their strengths.

I am particularly passionate about creating an inclusive, welcoming, and affirming environment for people from diverse cultural backgrounds, neurodivergent individuals, and those who may have previously felt misunderstood or unsupported.

I recognise that culture, family, values, and identity can play an important role in shaping our experiences and influencing our mental health and wellbeing. My hope is that every person who walks through our doors feels safe, respected, and empowered to make meaningful changes and move towards a healthier and more fulfilling life.

Appointments can be conducted in English, Tagalog (Filipino), or a combination of both, depending on your preference.

Let’s Talk

Taking the first step towards therapy can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to face life’s challenges alone. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, I would be honoured to work alongside you and provide a safe, compassionate, and collaborative space where you feel accepted, supported, and empowered.

Together, we can work towards healthy minds.
