Hands in Support

Compassionate
NDIS Support

At Calder Psychology, we provide compassionate, evidence-based psychological support for children, adolescents and adults accessing the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

We welcome participants with a self managed NDIS plan and plan managed NDIS funding and work collaboratively with individuals, families, carers, support coordinators and other professionals to provide meaningful, goal-directed support. Self-managed and plan-managed participants have flexibility in choosing providers who best meet their needs and goals.

Supporting Neurodivergent Individuals to Thrive

Calder Psychology has particular expertise in supporting neurodivergent children and adults, including individuals with autism, ADHD and co-occurring emotional, behavioural or mental health challenges.

Our approach is neurodiversity-affirming, practical and personalised. We recognise that every person has a unique profile of strengths, challenges and support needs. Therapy is tailored to the individual, with a focus on improving everyday functioning, emotional wellbeing, confidence, participation and quality of life. Neurodiversity-affirming practices commonly emphasise strengths, authentic self-understanding and practical support strategies that fit the person’s life and goals.

We support participants across the lifespan, including:

  • Autism and ADHD-related challenges

  • Emotional regulation and anxiety

  • Executive functioning difficulties

  • Social communication and relationships
